01About this policy
This privacy policy explains how 面包君工作室 (“we”, “us”) processes information when providing our games and related services, and the choices available to you.
Covered games
骷髅海盗
Features and third-party services may vary between games. If a game has its own policy, please refer to that game’s version.
02Information we process
The following describes information processing by feature. Each description applies when you use that feature or the associated service operates.
Progress & settings
The game stores progress or preferences locally, such as scores, unlocked achievements, volume, mute status, camera shake, microphone selection and voice sensitivity, for later use. You can remove local records using the system's clear-app-data function. Retention after uninstall and system backups depend on device settings. Removing local records does not delete a third-party account.
Unity3D SDK & device compatibility
Unity 3D (Unity3D SDK), provided by Unity Technologies, serves as the game framework. After you accept this policy, the SDK reads Android ID (Android_id) during engine initialization and gameplay to identify the running device, adapt to its environment and investigate compatibility issues. During input-system initialization, device capability detection and graphics or input adaptation, it accesses sensor information such as accelerometer and gyroscope type and availability to determine supported input capabilities, adapt input and maintain stable operation. Capability detection does not mean continuous collection of every sensor's raw data. Device model, OS name and version support compatibility and performance adaptation; network status and carrier information support connectivity adaptation. See the Unity 3D entry under “Third parties & sharing” for the full possible information scope and its limits. The current Scream Game version does not use sensor information for location, profiling or motion-based gameplay and disables optional Unity Analytics, cloud diagnostics and advertising.
Accounts & sign-in
When you use TapTap sign-in, TapSDK handles authorization and sign-in status. We use account identifiers and necessary profile information within the authorization scope to identify your game account. You do not need to give us your TapTap password. For real-name verification and anti-addiction features, the verification service handles the relevant information as described in the provider list, and the game uses necessary results such as verification status, age or play-time restrictions.
Microphone
After you grant microphone permission, voice-controlled gameplay reads sound samples and analyzes features such as volume on your device to control movement or jumping. The local voice-control logic uses a rolling memory buffer. It does not save raw recordings as audio files or upload them through that logic. The recording buffer is released when capture stops. We do not use these sounds for identification or voiceprint analysis. You can revoke microphone permission in system settings, but voice-dependent gameplay will be unavailable.
Information you send
When you contact support or make a privacy request, we process the contact details, description and necessary verification information you provide to respond and handle the request. Please do not send passwords, full payment card numbers or unrelated sensitive information.
03How information is used
We use information to the extent necessary for the features described above, including running the game, providing services you choose, handling issues and meeting applicable legal obligations. The relevant entries in this policy describe the data and purposes.
Depending on purpose and applicable law, we process information on the basis of your consent, necessity to perform a contract with you, legal obligations or another applicable lawful basis. Sensitive information, disclosures to other independent controllers and cross-border transfers require specific notice and separate consent where applicable. Authorization for non-essential features is handled separately from basic gameplay; declining non-essential processing should not affect features that do not depend on that information.
Where processing requires your consent, we seek it through the relevant in-game prompt or system permission. Reading this page or continuing to use a game does not by itself constitute consent to additional processing.
04Permissions & choices
Microphone permissionUsed for voice-controlled gameplay. You can allow, deny or revoke microphone access in your device settings. Voice-dependent gameplay will be unavailable without access. See “Information we process” for whether audio is stored or uploaded.
You can manage granted permissions in your device’s app settings. The names of these settings vary by system version.
Revoking a permission does not automatically delete information already lawfully processed. See “Your rights & deletion” for deletion options.
05Third parties & sharing
Games may integrate the services listed below to provide the corresponding features. Read the specific disclosures here together with each provider’s privacy policy to understand their processing.
Purpose: Provides TapTap sign-in, real-name verification and anti-addiction services when the corresponding modules are enabled.
Data: Sign-in involves OS version, device model, CPU, memory, network type and AndroidID. Compliance verification involves identity information submitted through verification and necessary information such as play time. Processing depends on enabled modules and user authorization.
Retention: Retained as needed for the service under TapSDK's policy, then deleted or anonymized, subject to legal retention requirements.
Storage: TapSDK states that information obtained in mainland China is stored there; transfers abroad are handled under applicable requirements.
Usage scenario: Framework: game-engine initialization after privacy consent, and graphics, physics, audio, input and device adaptation during gameplay.
Purpose: Android ID supports device identification, runtime adaptation and compatibility troubleshooting. Device and OS information supports graphics, performance and resource configuration. Sensor information lets the engine detect sensor types and availability, determine input capabilities and adapt input. Network status and carrier name support network detection and connection handling. Camera access, installed-app lists or task lists apply only where actually enabled modules need them for camera input, app interaction or runtime-state adaptation, subject to system restrictions and required authorization. Listing a category does not automatically authorize access.
Data: Possible categories: device information (device model, OS name and version, MAC address, IMEI, Android ID / Android_id), camera access, installed-app lists, task lists, network status, device sensor information and carrier name. This covers possible SDK behavior across versions, modules and systems. Actual processing is limited by the game's enabled features, SDK version, system permissions and lawful authorization; not every game collects every item. Camera access requires a relevant feature and system permission. Access to identifiers such as MAC addresses and IMEI is restricted by the OS. The current Scream Game version does not enable a camera feature, and its local voice-control logic does not submit raw recordings to Unity.
Retention: Determined by service purposes, the ongoing service relationship, legal duties and dispute handling; see Unity's player privacy policy.
Storage: May be processed in the United States and other regions where Unity or its providers operate. See its player privacy policy for transfer arrangements.
Purpose: Delivers this website and provides availability and security when hosted on Vercel. This does not mean game recordings or saves are hosted there.
Data: IP address, request path, time, browser or device information and operational logs from website visits. This page adds no advertising, behavioral analytics scripts or cookies.
Retention: Handled under hosting, security and legal needs and Vercel's retention arrangements for the relevant service.
Storage: Served through Vercel's global infrastructure; associated access data may be processed outside mainland China.
We provide information to relevant providers, or their SDKs process it directly, only as necessary for the features described here. The current Scream Game version has no ads or in-app purchases and does not enable optional Unity Analytics. Selling personal information is not our business. When providing information to another independent controller, we disclose the recipient, purpose, method and data categories and obtain separate consent where required. Management and deletion of an independent third-party account are also subject to that platform's rules.
If disclosure is required by applicable law, valid legal process or a business transfer, we handle it under applicable requirements and notify you where required.
06Retention & security
Retention. Local progress and settings remain until you clear app data or the device system removes the records. Raw microphone samples are temporarily held only in the rolling memory buffer needed for local capture. Account linkage information is retained as necessary to provide account services or complete deletion. Order records are retained for delivery, restoration, refunds, disputes and applicable legal duties. Support email is kept for issue handling and necessary follow-up, then deleted when no longer needed. Analytics and provider-held records follow the retention disclosures in the provider list. Information no longer needed is deleted or anonymized; any retention required for legal duties or disputes is restricted to those purposes.
Storage & international transfers. Local game records and the voice-control buffer reside on your device. See the provider list for TapSDK, Unity and website hosting locations; this policy does not imply that all data stays in mainland China. Information sent to our contact email is handled by the email service and us. For transfers abroad, we will meet applicable notice, consent and other legal duties. You can email us for information about the processing and protections relevant to you.
Security. We apply necessity-based access controls and safeguards appropriate to the risks. The deployed website uses HTTPS, while account authorization and payment information are handled through the relevant services' secure processes. We will restrict access to support information, avoid public disclosure of sensitive information and investigate suspected unauthorized access or exposure. Protect your device and accounts and do not disclose passwords or verification codes.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If an incident affects your information, we will respond and provide notices as required.
07Your rights & deletion
Depending on applicable law in your region, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, withdraw consent, restrict or object to certain processing, obtain a copy of information or complain to a regulator.
Account & data deletion. Email the address under “Contact us” with the subject “Personal information or account deletion request,” identifying the game, account ID if any and the information you want deleted. We will verify identity as necessary and normally reply with progress or a result within fifteen working days of receipt, explaining any extension needed for a complex request. We will delete information we control that no longer needs to be retained or assist with a request to the relevant provider. Deletion of an independent TapTap account must be handled through TapTap's official account management or support; deleting game data does not automatically delete that account. We will explain and restrict the use of records that must be retained by law.
Clearing app data or uninstalling a game may remove locally stored information, but does not automatically delete server data, system backups or information held by third parties. Use the relevant request channel for those records.
Please identify the game and the request you wish to make. We verify identity only as necessary to avoid unauthorized requests made in your name.
08Children’s privacy
Follow the age guidance shown on the game's store page. Minors should review this policy with a guardian. Processing information about children under fourteen requires guardian consent and compliance with applicable child-protection requirements. Versions providing real-name verification and anti-addiction features follow the relevant verification and restriction processes; reading this policy does not bypass those restrictions. We do not use voice-control audio to identify children or direct personalized advertising to children. Guardians may email us to request access, correction or deletion.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child’s information has been handled inappropriately, please contact us through the channel listed in this policy so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
09Policy updates
We may update this policy when game features, service providers or applicable requirements change. The update date appears on this page. For material changes affecting your rights or how information is processed, we will provide in-game or other appropriate notice as required and obtain fresh consent where necessary.
